Enrolled undergraduate or graduate students in NCKU, excluding part-time, credit-based students, suspension, first-year students, and delay graduation.

  • A photocopy of your ID card or ARC.

  • Original transcripts​ : academic records from previous years.

  • Supporting documents relevant to the application
    Such as those related to finance, management, language proficiency, or participation in events at Atelier Future. 
    ( Note : The documentation should cover the years from 2023 to 2025, documents dated 2022 or earlier will not be considered. )

  • Enrollment certificate

  • Special circumstances explanation (ex. low income provement, for Encouragement Student Aid )

  • Digital / Regular Account of Bank SinoPac
    ( Note : International students please open a Regular account. )

  • Visit the Bank Sinopac NCKU Branch ( For International students or Taiwanese students under the age of 18 )

  • The account is a required component for applying to the NCKU Sinopac Scholarship.
    The account opening process takes approximately 5 working days. Please be mindful of the account opening timeline and the scholarship application deadline to safeguard your interests.

  • For international students or Taiwanese students under the age of 18, please visit a physical Sinopac Bank branch to open a " Regular Sinopac Account."

  • For inquiries related to Sinopac Bank account opening, please contact Bank Sinopac NCKU Branch at (06) 209-6333.
